Any advice for a new Project Specialist?

Managed to land my first job in clinical reasearch with Syneos as a Project Specialist!, this isn't my ideal career path but at least I got my foot in the door.
Any advice on things that I should keep in mind, things that you wished you started doing sooner or things I should study and prepare for is greatly appreciated!
