Hi there, I have been a CRA I with a large CRO for the past 14 months and am interviewing to jump to CRA II level with Parexel. Some complaints about my current CRO, but tbh that isnβt the main reason I may leave - it seems the market rate for in demand skills rises a lot faster than internal promotion and raises do. Does anyone have experience interviewing with Parexel they can share? I am already planning to be able to answer scenario type of questions, like how I would prioritize monitoring activities if a visit has to be cut short, or how I would handle a situation where it was clear there is little PI oversight. I also plan on being able to explain what I use to organize my studies & sites. Any other preparation tips and guidance - even with a different CRO- are greatly appreciated. Specifics or guidance you can offer on Parexel are also greatly appreciated! PMs also open.
