Injured foot, but how can I maintain arm/core strength?
Post Body
This is my first serious injury, broke my big toe on a bad fall while leading. While it's healing, are there good ways to keep from losing too much arm or core strength? I feel like the times that I go a week without climbing I lose strength and endurance. I read a few articles and they seem to focus more on recovering strength in the injured area. I was just wondering if anyone had suggestions from their own experiences.
