Multi-Directional Instability in right and left shoulder
Post Body

As the title suggests, I have had surgery for this on my left shoulder about 1 1/2 years ago and my right shoulder has now started to flair up to where I can only climb max 3 days per week without being able to not move it at all. I and 21 years old. 6 foot tall. 150 lbs. flash grade outside is V7. Project V8/9. I am essentially looking for any other way besides surgery to heal my right shoulder. I Can provide more details if needed but I am seeing if anyone has had multidirectional instability and been able to overcome it without surgery. Thank you.
