Losing one arm and one hand hang ability?
Post Body

Very recently I've noticed my one arm pull ups have been harder to get and sometimes I can't do one on my left side. The same goes with one arm hangs, BM middle edge. I usually use these to gauge how well I'm feeling on any given day. I don't feel weaker or anything and I don't think my climbing is suffering. Is it just part of a natural up and down cycle or could I be losing strength?

Wait you climb every day? How do you not get injured? Especially your fingers...? 😵‍💫
