Things to do on strength day to improve compression and sloper strength?
Post Body

The two things that come to mind for me are bench press for lifting and ring flies for bodyweight. What else should I consider? Any other or better ways to build out the chest?

Comments

Ring Flys are good. I wouldn't do dumbell chest flys, it's just a worse way to do them. If you have any cable machine, cable chest flys are great.

You definitely use your lats a lot too, maybe do the opposite motion of lateral dumbbell raises but with a cable. Idk the name of this, but it works your lats. Similar to an iron cross. Biceps are good too
