Opinions on how effective this training routine would be. This is for both bouldering and lead and repeats every two weeks.

Day 1- Hangboarding/ Power

Day 2- Anatagonist/ core

Day 3- Hangboarding/Power

Day 4- Technique Drills/ Arcing

Day 5- Rest/cardio

Day 6- Outdoor or limit climbing indoors

Day 7- Rest

Day 8- Power Endurance

Day 9- Antagonist/ core

Day 10- Power Endurance

Day 11- Arcing/Power Endurance

Day 12- Rest/ Cardio

Day 13- Outdoor or limit

Day 14- Rest

Repeat

Days when climbing: 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13

Days not climbing: 2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14

Edit: Full rest days on Days 7 and 14.

17 yr old, male, 1.5 years climbing experience.

V5 on rock, V7 indoors, (with one session attempting) 5.11a on rock, 5.11c indoors.
