How do people manage to climb 3 days or more in a row?
Post Body

I climb pretty consistently 3-4 times a week, but no matter how I train I cannot climb 3 days in a row. The third day my elbows and fingers will ache and I will know I have pushed it too far and have to take a bit of time off.

I've tried working my way slowly towards being able to climb 3 days in a row by gradually increasing frequency of training but my body just can't handle it. I am a young woman and in reasonably decent shape, not carrying much weight and my diet is excellent, why can't I climb high volume without inevitable tendonitis?

I see posts on here often where people describe training 5 or more days a week as brand new climbers...how is this possible without years of building tendon strength?
