Some basic information about these two supplements:
- Beta-alanine
-
It appears that each of these supplements have measured increases in muscular endurance, specifically power endurance in the range of 1-5 min window. As a sport climber, this is a highly attractive statement, because that is one of the main factors that prevents the send, muscular fatigue. Almost all serious bodybuilders implement some kind of supplement stack and I am surprised more climbers don't implement a stack when training (maybe they do, and I am just behind!), especially with noted benefits for climbers.
Has anyone had any experience creating a climbing stack for training purposes? If these supplements have the effects noted, then I could see endurance gains being amplified.
