Thumb nails splitting at sides?

Does anyone else suffer from their nails splitting really hard down their nail (photos attached) meaning that it develops and rips?
I climb 3x a week with unicorn chalk and always was my hands after sessions but it still seems to be happening.
I’ve been using cuticle oil & hardening polish but it’s still happening.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what helps?
