Climbing is no sweat - literally

Post Body

Hi all - I just got an official membership at my local gym after months of snagging guest passes and free affinity climb nights.

I have noticed I don't sweat much... At all? I thought once I started getting into harder climbs and coupling climbing with lifting, I would sweat, but I really don't. I do take a shower after climbing because apparently I sweat enough for my thighs to feel sticky when I go to sleep.

I am also a proud hydrohomie - I carry my way bottle everywhere, I have about 6-8 glasses of water a day (TMI: my pee is pale yellow), so I feel like it's not dehydration.

I'm wondering where the line is between my body is strange but it's fine, and something is off and I need to adjust something.

Thanks for any insight!
