On point 4, Iβd guess the UK & US are about the same, at the very least. The US has 16.6 million hunters. We eat game meats a lot. Those of us who donβt hunt have hunters in the family. We also have it on menus here (bison, duck, elk, bear, ostrich, etc).

We (USA) definitely have game meat β either at home via hunting or in the supermarket. I buy bison regularly.
