What was introduced recently, so that hunters are now topping boss damage?

Hey fellas, returned to tbc after taking a break in p2. Last I saw it was arcane mages poppin off, now I see on warcraft logs that hunters are the new top dog by a mile. Aside from the reputation ammunition, why are they skyrocketing in boss damage?
