Anyway to save alternate keybinds/spell locations for different PC's on same character?

Is there an addon or method that would let me have different keybinds and spell locations to my main PC?
While I mainly play on my desktop PC, every so often I play on my laptop and would like different bindings on it without having to re-do it every time. Is something like this possible?
Afaik keybindings and spell locations are saved remotely to blizz servers. is there anyway around this?
