I see people complaining about getting World Buffs and don't know if there is something that I am missing or people just don't know how to get them and are just jumping on the latest band wagon. So I want to spell this out in case it is the later. This "guide" is for alliance. Fuck horde I don't know how yall do shit in your mud huts.

There are 5 major world buffs:
Darkmoon Fair (DMF) - 10% increased damage.
Corrupted Songflower (SF) - 5% Melee, Ranged, and Spell Critical Strike and 15 Stats
Dire Maul Tribute Buffs - 15% Max HP, 200 AP, 3% Spell Crit
Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer - 10% Spell Crit, 5% Melee/Ranged Crit, 140 AP
Might of Stormwind - Increases hitpoints by 300. 15% haste to melee attacks. 10 mana regen every 5 seconds.

There are more that will be coming out and there are some smaller ones that can be boon. But these are the 5 big ones you want to get.

Step 1, buy 3 Chronoboons. They are cheap and you can buy them from any reagent vendor in any city. There IS NO CD on releasing World Buffs but a 1 hour CD on capturing them. Keep this in mind, its going to be relevant.

Step 2, set your hearth to SW.

Step 3, ask yourself is DMF in Elewyn? If yes, go get it and boon it. If it is in Mulgore ask yourself if you want to do it, if the answer is no, then dont do it.

Step 4. Check LFG Bulletin Board for someone selling DM buffs, they usually include a summon to DM, all the shit you dont want to do inside taken care of and if they are real professionals, a portal back to SW. Run through and gather your buffs and Rumsey rum, boon them if its off CD. If its not, hearth or like just log out. They wont go away if you just jump on another toon for a few minutes.

Step 5. Fly to felwood, walk 10 feet to the song flower literally right by the FP. Youll see people there just standing. Stand there with them, click the flower. Dont walk around felwood and get ganked. Just pick that one and wait. once you have it, boon it or log if you have it on CD.

Step 6. Now at this point you should have the *hard* WBs out of the way. The last 2 are the best ones and here is the great part, you get them by just standing in SW.

So lets recap. Getting ALL THE WORLD BUFFS you had to do the following:
chill in SW, fly to Fel wood and chill, get a summon to DM and run through it, walk 10 feet to elewyn.

The best part is you can spread it out over a couple of days and don't have to even BOTHER with the CDs. You can also just not use them every raid. Or just unboon after the first wipe on the *hard* boss. Or not unboon and have them for progression.

World buffs take less time and effort than it does to get money for consumes so if you are complaining about getting them you should also be complaining about every elixir and every potion. Barbecue the matter of the fact is a filled chronoboon takes about 30 minutes of active game time to get.
