Need help finding new guild members

So yeah the guild that I am in is trying to find new members. We have tried advertising in trade chat but that didn't work. The best luck we have had is running dungeons then asking those peeps if they'd like to join but right most of those have just been alts. The guild I'd alliance, EU, Crusader strike. I was wondering if there was a discord or something somewhere where people are looking for guilds to join. Or what method have others used to grow their guild.
