Hi all,
I have 2 A engines with gearboxes and unleaded heads, one is of unknown mileage, the other is 1984 with 70k miles on it that I have just removed from my car. I would like to freshen them up before I sell them on to fund a VTEC conversion. I am thinking of piston rings, push rods, springs, valves if needed.
Can anyone recommend a good manual/guide or Youtube video for an engine teardown and rebuild?
Thanks,
Author
