First baroque piece to learn?

Post Body

Hey! I have a private student who just switched from acoustic to classical, he has really good skills and already plays pretty well. He loves baroque but knows nothing about it, so I'd like to teach him pieces which are technically not so challenging and we can focus on understanding the form and just the basic rules of baroque music at first. Simple form would be the best.

I am looking for something on a similar level as Bach e minor bourree.

Can you suggest some pieces?
