A lot of ya'll are disappointed with they style change in Sling and I can see where you're coming from. It has a completely different sound from her past stuff. It took a few listens but I've grown to love it. It's slower and heavier than anything she's done and the lyrics cut deep. (listen to it w/ a good pair of headphones)

I love her upbeat songs more than anything though so I'm gladddd I just saw this. In this interview she says 5-6 of the tracks she wrote for Sling are going to Shelly. lyrics/meaning aside, Steeeam and Natural are fucking bangers and I could listen to them endlessly.
