RP: The greatest of the Troll Lords, the Dukes, are subject to no authority other than their King, and enjoy near-sovereign power in their own duchies. Each of these great magnates must have an equally great seat of power from which to reign from. Castles, palaces, and grand mansions are somewhat great on their own, but are not true centres of power like a bustling, populated metropolis is.

Therefore, all of the Troll Dukes, from the oldest bastions of the Troll nobility to the newest upstarts, have taken it upon themselves to cultivate at least one urban centre in from which to govern from. By the 243rd moon in the reign of King Tefūmon LXXVII, all of the Dukes of the Trolls had established a city of sorts from which to rule from.
