Website still often unusable with Deutsche Telekom

Often the page doesn't load at all, and if it loads, it often takes over a minute for any page to load. Here is an example where some js file took over a minute to load: https://i.imgur.com/O8iQIwR.jpg

Download speeds for models are currently ~80 kb/s.

I have access to a server on a different provider's network, so I can download models with 83MiB/s there, but not everyone has that luxury, so please talk to cloudflare to fix this.
