I know nothing about cars

I am about to buy my first car soon. I know nothing about cars but I know that hondas and toyotas are mad reliable. Everything is super expensive nowadays but I was able to find a 2017 Civic Sedan LX CVT for the right price. The mileage is really good and has no prior accidents or anything that would mess up the car. I guess I'm asking how good this specific Honda is. Any advice or information would be great, thanks!
