Spring info? 82-3 civic

This is 83 wagon I want to stiffen the suspension up and lower it a little bit. I have found a sway bar for the front but BC racing wants $860 for a pair of front coils and I can't justify it, so instead I want to go with a set of Swift spring replacements but I honestly have no idea the spring rate I would need or the inner diameter Etc of my current Springs to match .
