I realise this is like, a couple weeks late. Or more like a month. But fuck it. Me and /u/screennames reaaaaly should have made a bigger announcement of this back then but better late than never..

I also apologize to the citizenship of Goodsprings^{that is still left} for keeping you guys in the dark. You all know now but this is to clear up any confusion and to fix my mistake. Here we go;

Goodsprings has been annexed to the kingdom of Gensokyo. The treaty and details are here:

We're still Autonomous. Everything will stay mostly the same. But now we have the support, friendship and resources of our brothers and sisters in New Detroit :)

I made this decision for several reasons:

• 1: We remain autonomous. This was the hardest part for me. I love being an independent small city. Giving that up was hard. But things will still be ran by council, and all our defining characteristics remain the same. So in the end, not much changes, and we gain a lot more.

• 2: The resources, man power and influence of gensokyo/grundeswald is great. Goodsprings had been and still is going through a rough patch. We needed help. And Screen was kind enough to give that help.

• 3: We are small, low population, young and poor. Making us pretty much defenceless from attacks, griefs and ^{MAsandminerscoughcough} and I feel much safer when has Gensokyo got our backs.

• 4: The guys over at Gensokyo are awesome and fun to get along with. Helps build a community between us and them, and strengthen our own small group :)
