Upon passage of this bill, there will be an implementation of a simple rule that ensures that builds in Concordia, regardless of district, will require as a bare minimum 3 different materials.
Whereas single material builds, or majority single material builds are in most of instances aesthetically displeasing,
Whereas flattening of land is equally displeasing when creating public infrastructure,
Therefore be it resolved that all builds, whether public or private, are built with a minimum of three different materials
Be it further resolved that if the architect is unsure of how to make an aesthetically pleasing build, they follow a general (although not to perfection) 3:2:1 ratio in terms of material usage.
Assuming a citizen has wood, stone brick, and cobble fences: you could break down the ratio into (give or take) 1 stack of wood (64), half a stack of stone brick (32), and a quarter stack of cobble fencing (16);
The 3:2:1 ratio would not be absolutely enforced, but would be recommended as a guideline.
Be it further resolved that the citizen is allowed to ask for access to Concordia's creative server for testing builds.
Be it further resolved that the state, in public infrastructure development, does not unnaturally flatten the overworld terrain in building overworld infrastructure.
Friendly Amendment:
Be it further resolved that Sarlac's guides are recommended reading for players who may need help understanding how to build and design architecture in the context of Minecraft.
Be it further resolved that cobble, dirt, and gravel are not valid materials for walls .
