When we started the server with reduced snitch cull times, it culled all the snitches that hadn't been refreshed in > 4 weeks. While we were inclined to allow this after the fact, it was not intentional. As such we are currently in the process of restoring the jukealert portion of our database. Because we want to do this without rolling back everything that's happened since restart, this is going to take some time, but on the positive side the only rollback will be any snitches placed since restart this morning. Due to networks being networks, this could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I will update this post when the rollback is complete and the server is back online

Edit: unfortunately attempts to restore just the snitches have failed, we will be rolling back to our latest backup, which was taken just before restart this morning

Edit: I really wish I could edit post titles... still working hard on this, and definitely going to tackle a better, faster way to get the server back up and running in the event something like this happens again. Also going to work on making sure it doesn't happen in the first place. Sorry for everyone who needed a civ fix today

Edit: Server is coming back online now! Hopefully everything is looking good, if it's not I will look into fixing it tomorrow because it's 12:30 AM here, and I feel like hot garbage from my covid vaccine! Stay safe and have fun everybody

Final edit: It looks like the world rollback did not apply until restart this morning, likely due to me not restarting bungee. In any case we are going through the logs from yesterday and will be reimbursing for netherrite and diamonds mined prior to the rollback. This process will be handled automatically, so please do not modmail. If you were affected by the rollback in some other, provable way, please send a modmail an we will look into it on a case by case basis.
