The December and January elections in Icenia were both widely anticipated, heavily voted in elections. February's elections were much calmer with less constitutional changes proposed, and far less people running for judge.

Charlieseese decided not to run for Minister of Interior again, marking the second turnover in the position since ADH had left the position he held for over a year. Instead, Charlie ran for Judge.

Fielded for the position of Minister of Interior by Charlie's party, the GSDP, was Juniortide, a bonified newfriend to Icenia. Juniortide faced no opposition and was elected handedly to the position becoming the first completely new player to Civ to hold the position in Icenia's two year existence.

Charlie would handedly win a seat as Judge in Icenia, taking Grand Judge from Amel, or Onii_Chan, for the first time in several months. FreestyleJr would retain his seat for judge following Kwik's decision not to seek a second term.

Losers for the judge positions included notable PVPer, owner of QB Industries, and former Grand Judge Quanton_Biscut, and notable PvPer and former judge Anvil.
