Columbia was not consulted about joining your alliance, nor did we vote on it, nor did such an alliance proposal go through literally any singular step of our Charter-defined process for joining alliances. Columbia is not part of the DUMP and never will be, nor will any individual province or dominion of our country be joining the DUMP, El Norte, or any other proposed alliances or pacts between Eddy Murphy and any other group on the server. Hyperion is also not part of the DUMP, nor El Norte, nor any other group. Hyperion is a city within Icenia, and has little to no ability to engage in such foreign diplomacy on its own, so we speak on behalf of our Icenian allies in saying that neither Columbia nor Hyperion are joining Eddy Murphy in this alliance.
