Vaults Aren't The Issue, Prison/Exile Pearl Costs Are The Issue
Post Body

Literally the title, just like HanTzu said.

You all can bitch about vaults being too strong all you want while sitting on your asses not breaking them, but Lexington, Anguish (twice), Vitelia, Rhodesia, Columbia (twice), Hjaltland South WB, USA, USA City, LSD, Pinkerton, almost Crimeo's vault... SO. MANY. VAULTS. HAVE. ALREADY. BEEN. BROKEN. They're definitely possible to break with effort, and while some of the examples I mentioned certainly aren't the 15 ring biggie boys we see today, it's not an astronomical difference, ESPECIALLY since bastions already got nerfed to 66% strength from when almost all those vaults were broken.

Hyper vaults take years to build, they should not take a couple hours to break.

Fix pearl and fueling mechanics instead. Make it so pearls cost more to refuel after each number of times you refuel them. Reduce mana claimed on login so one person getting on for 15 seconds can't fuel 10 pearls. Make a plugin that reads how many pearls are held in a certain chest or block radius and increase the cost of each if there's more than 5 or 10 or whatever in one area to prevent mass pearling being affordable (also CHECKMATE, PYRAMIDS). And if you wanna be proactive, which I am too unskilled to do, go code the shit yourself and present it to the admins instead of making them do stuff when they're already busy running the server and updating every line of code to 1.14.

This has been my BOX Talk. Ciao.
