One crazy idea to make civclassic great!

You see, what civ needs is less no-lifers and more casuals. How do you do this? Add a 40 hour clock for how much time you can play. No one should put more time into this server than a job or school. This would benefit casuals as they can be on a more even playing field as the civva that logs in for 25 hours a day. Also make it so that each account you have linked counts toward your clock. So if you have 3 accounts on at the same time, that's 3 times the amount of time going to your clock.
