Nobody speaks for TdC. We are defined negatively, as in the ABSENSE of formal government is what makes TdC what it is. Nobody can speak for TdC.

Anyone is welcome to travel the rails I built if they recognize the inherent rights of players by not killing them or griefing their shit. If Celoxia himself wanted to travel through TdC I wouldn't give a shit as long as he's not killing or griefing.

TdC doesn't formally participate in alliances, though as individuals, we do have groups of people who we consider friends and neighbors.

Currently, downtown TdC is in maintenance mode. We're all busy, but I log in periodically and clean up and maintain things. Our goodies are dropchested offsite (or got spent) and it's just a cool place with interesting architecture and a beautiful downtown area.
