On this day, September 24th of 2019, the councils of both Columbia and of Mir have agreed to sign a separate treaty for peace.

Our war is over.

After almost two months of negotiations, which can only be summarized with this kdeeks-made meme https://imgur.com/a/KNSfGLA the Second Empire of Columbia and the Twenty Third Mirian Star Empire have agreed to terms of peace. Over the past week, Columbia has been making arrangements and moving materials back to Rotterdam, and is getting ready currently to fully fulfill the terms of the treaty, which includes some of us turning ourselves in for pearl time. While Columbia made some great friends with those in NATO, and some of us will still consider each other personal friends beyond the scope of the war and of civ, we feel that we have given our all to the war for a long time, and have fully fulfilled what would have been expected of us in terms of obligations to aid our allies in mutual defense. The time has come to return to the world stage as one of the cool epic buildfriend towns, and that's what we intend to do.
