Speaking as a senior Mirian Wizard, YelloFishy and any of his known alts are considered pearl on sight by the Mirian Star Empire. Several months ago, yello inadvertently caused a disturbance in a highly sensitive Mir black zone and has refused to turn himself in for the damage he caused. We cannot discuss the nature of his disturbance due to the incident's confidential nature, but we are certain that our sentencing will be proportional to the damage caused by him.
