Last night, May 11th, 2019, ProgramMC, a standing judge, three times elected former Mayor, and renowned citizen, was pearled by S4NTA and Gregy165 in Mount Augusta.

After hearing reports that JKH intended to cause trouble in Mount Augusta, and after seeing his messages in range of Southern Mount Augusta, I managed to find him at y=20 within the Commonwealth - clearly in an underground bunker. He immediately teleported up and chased me into Albion. [Video posted by JKH; NSFW]. After he ran off I went to show ProgramMC the location of the illegal attack bunker, which we presumed had been used to launch Mir’s incursion missions into Mount Augusta over the past several months. When we arrived at the location S4NTA and Gregy165 logged on and began to chase us. I told Program to follow me back to Albion, but after being trapped, he ended up getting turned around, and ran east instead of west. At the time I had no idea, I assumed he had been behind me outside of radar range. When I realized what had happened I ran back. By this point ProgramMC was in Francis Point, Mount Augusta. I was too far away; it was too late, ProgramMC had been brutally murdered.

Honestly I didn’t think Mir wanted anything to do with ProgramMC’s pearl, I doubted that they would actually pearl him and transport him to their eastern megaprison. But alas, I was mistaken. If there is one thing Mir has shown us throughout the course of this still undeclared war, it is their recklessness. Mir fabricated claims that ProgramMC - on the account MikePompeo - was aiding NATO in the war effort, and asserted that he cleaned grief at the Pinkerton vault hole in the Holy Jaded Empire on May 5th, when it was reclaimed by NATO forces. The Pinkerton vault hole is actually very close to Mount Augusta. It used to be owned by the Pinkertonians. In fact, to give some reference, the Pinkertonians claimed that when they built the vault that they actually thought it was in Augustan land, and not the Holy Jaded Empire. So, when lots of people are in MtA’s chat range, at Pinkerton, we tend to be interested. Jecowa, ProgramMC, and myself did visit Pinkerton late on Sunday the 5th (Very early morning on Monday the 6th) The Augustans are a curious people, so we all investigated. Program and Jecowa did not clean grief they simply wanted to spectate an important event in Civclassic history, which is not a crime. Mir refutes this. They claim that Program cleaned grief with NATO. This is really an absurd proposition. Anyone who knows Program knows that he has historically been very anti-NATO, and was once even pearled and held by ComradeNick. But unfortunately in a world controlled by Mir you are guilty until proven innocent. Therefore I have been forced to obtain a recording of MikePompeo at the Pinkerton vault. MikePompeo/ProgramMC only crossed the border for a short period on the 5th. He was on for just about 20 minutes, which includes traveling to Pinkerton from MtA, and back to MtA from Pinkerton. Well Mir, here it is, total exoneration, the replay recording. You’ll see that on the 5th Program did in fact visit the vault, and stood afk for the majority of his visit - very incriminating indeed.

Mir has pearled him without any real evidence of wrongdoing. They pearled him on shaky unreasonable claims, and without any hard evidence. They did it to Troozi, and they’ve done it again here. They claim to be helping the server by attacking NATO, but time and time again we see them murder good innocent players.
