Mr. Speaker,

I am happy to announce a formal treaty has been signed between Fuhrer Bradley Squareblob and Prime Minister mike0war to annex Mount Augusta as a new borough of the Commonwealth, joining it with the nearby boroughs of Albion and Strassburg. Here is a video of them signing the treaty.

This union has created the brand new country of "The Commonwealth of the Greater Boroughs and Mount Albion."

The current constitution, legal system, judges, diplomats, elected officials, property, and everything of the like will continue as normal, except that any foreign policy proceeding that Mount Augusta currently has no legal bearing within the Commonwealth. Future policy on the policy of foreign policy will be established after the Commonwealth policy policy establishes a policy on governing policy.

This separation and independence for the borough is to help some mentally challenged players here on the server.

If in the case a judge resigns, we will replace the opening immediately with u/DangerousBye.

Future projects include the following:

• Making Taliesin exist,
• renaming Nymph to hpmyN,
• making Commonwealth fully, 100% democratized,
• making everything under y50 literally just rails and factories,
• creating a megalopolis in the valley between Westminster, Strassburg, and Mount Augusta,
• reabsorbing Albion into Mount Augusta and making it the new capital, called Greater Albion,
• and demolishing any currently existing vault in Commonwealth territory.

We have also received multiple complaints about Mount Augusta not being an actual mountain. Mr. Speaker, I propose to build a new, proper mountain on top of one of the old vaults so Mount Augusta can finally live up to its name.

Reactions have been positive. As one, the Right and Honourable Mr. Draton of the Augusta Central District has said, "[Commonwealth] don't deserve to be an independent nation, it was all falling apart anyway. This is the best way to do it. Also we need to pay specificlanguage for that train station."

In addition, any and all XP imports and exports will be used to make a new "vault," that is, one that does not exist. Mr. Speaker, I also humbly request the God King Marzipan to exchange our XP production for a new vault in the snowy hills of Strassburg, at this location, which we will not maintain and will be bombarded by raiders within the next six hours. For the safety of others, we request all citizens to head into the unhabited, unconstructed, unbastioned section of Victoria. An emergency video can be located here.

The last government piece of news is that all current high government employees of Commonwealth, ProgrammerDan, Maxopoly, as well as Squareblob, have quit CivClassics in order to finally make Praxis, which will come out within the next 70 years. Maxopoly has promised to "add gun."
