I was in the wrong for entering your territorial waters outside of the vault exclusion zone. It was a stupid thing for me to do without asking permission first. I was interested in seeing the Mir attack bridge which I heard had penetrated the vault. I am sorry for violating your closed border policy which extends all around the ocean around the exclusion zone (I now know). I wish to make amends and be free once again. I'm sure we can come to a reasonable agreement which will suit both parties. I understand this may involve pearl time.
