All of these are plugins made by Teal, don't do anything and/or are fundamentally broken both in implementation and design. I'm tearing them out, because fuck that shit. If something doesn't work anymore let me know, I wouldn't be surprised if there's still some obscure thing being held together by some of these.

The cull timers for snitches were more of a place holder that I put in as part of a fix for /jalist. We should probably agree on something shorter and more balanced, suggestions would be welcome there. Same for factory cull timers, I've gotten complaints about them being able to be in disrepair forever.

You can now get discord snitch and chat relays setup through a server side bot, join the official discord for more information and support. They are guaranteed to have 100 % uptime, the chat relay works in both directions and you don't need to have any accounts online for it to work. I'd heavily recommend swapping out any existing snitch bot setups in favor of this, it's straight up superior.
