A Week Ago So, as many of you will know from our statements about a week ago, Columbia's capital city of Rotterdam was hit hard by Team Ingros hackers, as well as a few other nations. Only minor grief was done to our city itself, but our city bunkers were popped, and absolutely all contents including our factories, build mats, some xp mats, and double chests of diamond tools and the like were completely destroyed. This was an entire year and a half's worth of progress on the city bunkers and gathering build materials gone in less than ten minutes.

Our Efforts Up to Now Since the attack, Columbia has repeatedly petitioned the admins for help in repairing or compensating for the gamebreaking damages we were delt. To this, we have gone pretty much unanswered. Sure, plugins have been updated, but that doesn't account for the vast amount of stuff we lost already.

• We have tried to modmail, which went unanswered.
• We have tried to message dsclouse on discord, which went unanswered.
• We have tried to message ribagi on discord, which went unanswered.
• We have tried to contact Ahri to see if they could get us in touch with the admin team, which went unanswered.
• We have tried to message Bagi in game, which was answered with merely vague statements of hope but no promises, no substance, and absolutely no action.
• Finally, we have tried to post on public forums like the subreddit to raise awareness for the incident, warn other nations, and to get our region rolled back, or to get compensation, but not only was our entire attempt ignored despite the good traction it got, it was deleted and supressed as to deliberately shove the issue away where nobody could see it.

Now, I am sure this post will be deleted not too long after it is made, but this blatant administrative disregard for the server is enough to set Columbia back in it's effort to build and enjoy the server practically an entire year or maybe more—and that's not even mentioning the other countries that got hit by Ingros. This issue will continue to be brought up until either something is done to repair or compensate Columbia, or the Columbians are banned from all public forums for justly asking that gamebreaking damages be accounted for. We are not asking specifically for a regional roll back. It would be nice, but if the admins don't know how to do it, they don't know how to do it and that's workable. However, we are asking that the admins show some sign of compensation for damages, whether that be spawning in some new factories and build mats to replace some of what we lost, or even so much as just compensating us in the diamond value of what we lost would reassure us that we have been heard and accounted for.
