Rules for Naming Yourself Gensokyo

Alright, shit's crazy with all these wannabe and isbe. Here's the rules for who can call themselves Gensokyo. To qualify as a Gensokyo, you must:
- Compile a state list of the nation's top 10 anime (only 3 may be on the top 10 of MyAnimeList)
- Have at least one Torii
- Write an at least two page essay detailing why calling Shลnen a genre is wrong
- Declare a state waifu
- Be able to, on request, describe the difference between manga and a light novel
Hopefully these rules will help calm the storm we find our world in.
