As of the last few days, conflicts between Vinland and FRIENDS have escalated, and an assault on the Vinlandic capital seems inevitable. Vitelia has, however, grouped us in with the actions of Vinland, due to Raven’s unlawful intrusion into the area around the Vitelian vault.

Raven’s conflict with Vitelia is regrettable, and was not sanctioned by the Maltovian government. Raven acted as an independent citizen of Vinland, and their ties to Maltovia are in name only. They are, and have been, citizens of Vinland and have not been involved in Maltovian affairs for some time.

The People’s Republic of Maltovia has no involvement in the conflict between FRIENDS and Vinland. Maltovia will not involve itself in any conflicts, and will not attack Vitelia. Any unwanted intrusions into Maltovian affairs or territory are unjustified.
