Second Congress of the Aristocracy of Isivpia

First Session Begun and held in the City of Wincester, on Friday, the twenty-second day of June, 2018.

Declaring That a State of War Exists Between The Government of Nudist Beach and the Government and the People of the Royal Society of Isivpia and Making Provisions To Prosecute The Same

Whereas the Government of Nudist Beach has declared an unjust war in violation of Just War Theory upon the State of Bloom, and violated the Anarcho-Capitalist "Non-Aggression Principle" via their cruel declaration of war;

Therefore be it resolved by the Second Congress of the Aristocracy of Isivpia that a State of War exists between Isivpia and Nudist Beach, in defense of the people of Bloom;

In addition may it be resolved that all necessary funding for such endeavors be provided for from the Royal Treasury of Isivpia to assist in the defense of the People of Bloom, as determined necessary by the Estate of the Duke-General; and, to bring a successful end to this war, all forces may be pledged to the pursuit of this war where determined necessary by the Estate of the Duke-General, on behalf of this Duchy of Isivpia.
