Even if a property "seems abandoned" it is still owned by someone. You cannot tear down someone's property because it seems to be abandoned - you'd go to jail, would you not? For what you're doing is the destruction of property owned by another, and committing theft by squatting on the land. And if you happen to come to an agreement with the homeowner to pay for your wrongdoings and new ownership of the land, but due not paying up on time, will the police not force you out of the property which still does not belong to you considering you have not paid for it?

Ethically, morally, legally, Pinkertown is in the wrong. Pinkertown squatters are violators of the NAP and have committed vandalism, destruction of private property, libel, and theft. Again I ask: Ancap WP, where are you? There was a time - governmental borders be damned! - when filthy rich ancaps would band together to pearl criminals and put them in nap time in Foofed's vault.
