I had a blog one time. Google took it away for loss of a password, an email, and a cellphone number. Facebook took away its relevance. We're all micro-bloggers now. I was born into a clan, a palpable power in my extended family, and then reduced when everypne moved away, but still widely respected as truth-sayers, in my community. That isn't lost, completely, except that no one cares so much about truth anymore. People are selfish. Anyway, I have no one to whom to rant, but you, my community now, and so I rant. I cling to what I have, but it isn't born by me any longer. I do well enough, but it isn't enough to shape things. I want to shape things, but I am scared, and almost powerless.
