Our Grievances:

• Commonwealth's demolition and raiding of my bunker, which they had granted me permission to build.

• Commonwealth's repeated defense of the thieves who broke in. Despite privately admitting that they were in the wrong, CW fought off people attempting to pearl the wrongdoers and refused any amount of end time served

• Commonwealth's Monarch/Sovereign personally snitching our land claims and publicly bragging about it on the sub. He was still officially in charge at the time of the crime.

• Hjaltland's harboring of TangentialThreat after he attempted to steal and disable our citadel groups, and possibly even sending him to do so. Assigning this mission would be an overt attack on us and a clear act of war, but even harboring him is unacceptable to us.

Commonwealth and Hjaltland are secretly allied. They attempt to defend each other's cities. Hjaltland repeatedly got involved during the Mob City-Commonwealth conflict, and held pearls for Commonwealth. They operate as the same entity, so we will be treating them as one. (The same has not been true for Mir and Impasse, although they are also part of this "Western Alliance").

Our Terms:

• Commonwealth and Hjaltland shall turn over the pearls of all people involved in any of the above incidents. End time is non-negotiable, though the length of sentencing is.

• Commonwealth and Hjaltland agree to pay reparations to us equal to three times the final cost of this war. This includes payment for time lost farming/building/grinding, prot lost or damaged, and reinforcement costs. The exact amount may be negotiated and can be paid in installments rather than at once. Obviously, the longer this conflict continues the higher the repayment value will be.

• The SRO in Commonwealth has been placed on a separate group. We will transfer ownership of these groups upon fulfillment of the above terms.

Our Warning:

• We have made as explicitly as possible our problem with Commonwealth and Hjaltland. Maybe you think this is an unreasonable retaliation, but the fact of the matter is they provoked us and we have responded. If we have never interacted with your city, we are not interested in attacking you.

• If you are a previously uninvolved town but protect a citizen who is actively fighting and supplying the other side, we will consider you our enemy. If you do not wish to be involved, you must exile and remove them from citadel groups. If you are not our enemy, don't make yourself into one. Retaliation may not be swift, but it will be guaranteed, prolonged, and extremely gratuitous.

• We are not out to destroy the server, just Hjaltland and Commonwealth. Don't get in the way.
