Lexington is the capital city of a federated republic, known as the "Northern Republic". Posedion is the co-leader of Mob City, another town in the Republic. We are not the same city. Cities in the Republic are required to notify and obtain consent from the other cities before initiating any attacks. Consent was not obtained, so defense is not obligated.

As such, Lexington's current stance is non-intervention. We will not retaliate if you pearl Posedion or Yxngsnow or bewsiej. However, unauthorized pearlings of any kind remain prohibited in Lexington land claims. You may not pearl anyone or remove pearls from our claims without consent. Doing so will be considered an attack on our sovereignty and action will be taken accordingly.

There is no extradition agreement between the CW and Lexington. There is not even a treaty establishing mutual recognition of borders or claims, despite multiple attempts on my part to establish one. In the past, CW has also unilaterally banned all Lexington citizens from their claims, destroyed my house/bunker in their city, refused to extradite people committing crimes against Lexington, and attacked a Lexington citizen without provocation. Diplomatic relations are a privilege, not a right - one that will now be revoked. Lexington will no longer recognize any crimes alleged to be committed within CW. No action will be taken against those doing so, whether they are Lexington citizen or not.

To be clear, we are not advocating attacks against the CW. We will not vault break for anyone doing so, we will not go out of our way to defend anyone doing so. We do not consider ourselves currently involved, so don't get us involved.

TLDR: Don't pearl anyone in Lexington borders, we don't care if they're outside. We won't stop anyone from attacking CW, but we aren't going to do so ourselves. We will happily retaliate against anyone who attacks us.
