A few points explaining our claims in the End.

Regarding our intentions:

1. We will build a marketplace around 0,0 in the End. This market will be more centralized than any other location on the server, due to the existing access points and ease of returning to your own city after trading. We believe this will be a better use of the End than leaving it in its current state.

2. Shopfronts will be built and plots will be auctioned off or rented out to people with interest.

3. We will build an End complex like LaPaz to help pearled players work off their reparations. This is a second priority to the marketplace.

Regarding Access:

1. Most people will be allowed to use the exit. The portal group will be locked on the same one as our rail station - a semi-public group that anyone with the right to travel through Lexington can be on. We reserve the right to blacklist players based on group affiliation, crimes committed against us or our allies, etc.

2. There is currently only one condition for access - recognize our End claims. Acknowledge this and you will be added to the portal group. City leaders that recognize this claim will be given moderator status to add their own citizens to the group. Abuse of moderator status will of course result in revocation of this right. Respecting our claim means you agree to behave in our End territory the same way you would in our overworld city, and agree to be treated accordingly.

3. No toll will be implemented for a minimum of one month. The exact mechanism for this hasn't been set in stone yet. Future posts will clarify this policy.

4. You are not considered trespassing if you simply spawn within the 100x100 claim. You will only be considered trespassing and killed if you are asked to leave by a Lexington citizen and refuse. You will not be pearled in the overworld for trespassing unless you are also griefing, breaking bastions, etc.

Regarding Enforcement:

1. We will treat our End territory the same as our overworld claims. If you place blocks, break blocks, attempt to break bastions, etc. you will be killed in the End. If you keep this up we will consider you POS in the overworld.

2. You are not immune to punishment simply because you are pearled. Continued mischief in the End after you are pearled by us will result in your summoning into a 2x1 DRO box where you will sit and be laughed at.
