As the winds of history facilitate change, so must all bend to it.
The proud nation of Vzis, after enduring many trials and tests, has suffered greatly. Despite the valiant efforts of the Vzin Government to resist the effects of these tribulations, the relentless assault of history eventually brought this structure down. The Crises that the nation of Vzis faced revealed the glaring aspects of the nation that were simply too great to ignore, and thus it became clear to all in the nation that reform was needed to save the dying country.
The growing calls for reform within the country became deafening, and the will of the people became so resolute that it became impossible to ignore. And so, after serving most honorably during his mandate, DroidJoe has elected to step down from his position as Emperor and has dissolved the Monarchical Vzis government. From the ashes of the old regime, a new government rises to lead the land that was once Vzis into the light of a brighter future: The State of Candria. After the end of the long-standing monarchy, another people in Civclassics shed the Old World Autocracy and embrace Democracy.
Candria’s national boundaries are as such. Though this upstart nation shares much of the physical and populational consistency of the now-defunct state of Vzis, the people of Candria speak with a resounding voice that says politically and legally, they renounce their old, Autocratic Past, and as such do not acknowledge themselves as a successor state to the failed Monarchy. Any agreements made with the former Vzis are now considered to have been made with a defunct, inactive, nonexistent regime, and thus, any outstanding issues or any diplomatic agreements made with the former state must now be renegotiated with the new operating government of Candria, headed by Chairman jpmiii.
