Really Bad FPS After An Hour or so
Post Body

So, I have been playing Civ 6 on Steam (PC - specs at bottom) for about a month or 2?
Not new to the Civ franchise but anyway.

This has been happening a lot today and wondered if there was a fix, or something I need to change.
Basically ill play Civ 6 for about an hour or so and itll go to like 1 FPS, I have to save and quit the game and reload it, without restarting my PC, seems to fix it, for another hour or so and then it will happen again.
Theres no mods, im only playing the base game and Gathering Storm DLC nothing else! In DX12 mode.

My Specs are:

Ryzen 9 3900x (Watercooled with a 240 rad, so overheating isnt a problem)
16GB DDR4 RAM 3600MHz (1 Stick)
Asus RTX 3060 12GB (stock cooled good clearage)

Windows 11

Monitor is 1440p 144Hz

512GB M.2 Drive - OS and Civ6
2other drives for storage and YouTube content

Got 2 extra fans in my NZXT h510i - 1 is intake 1 is out

software running in the background is literally just nVidia software, AVG antivirus, and Steam...not even running any RGB controllers incase that was doing something to the game. No discord, no recording software....nothing else.
Any questions let me know, but yea...any help would be appreciated.

I would like to add no other game does this! just Civ 6, although Rust does crash randomly sometimes, not sure if thats connected or not, but Starfield I can play all day with no problems.
