How too fix Civ VI menu mouse off-centered glitch on MacBook M1?

I think due to a resolution issue, the mouse is offset so I can't click on most things in the menu. I can't change it to "windowed" because I can't click OK. Also, in the splash screen, the resolution is off so I can't get to any options to change it there, either. Please help. I don't have an external monitor to connect it to anymore to fix it.
