What would you add to the diplomacy/trade screen? What would you take away?

I would add:
Asking a civ to move their army away from your border
Map selling (Civ 4)
Selling of technology (Civ 4)
Asking to spy on another civ
I would take out:
Defensive Pacts
City trading if there is no Peace Agreement
I'm looking to see what you would add.
